How Can I Increase the Battery Life on my Inspiron Notebook?
I am currently using an Inspiron B120 Dell Notebook that is about 1.5-2 yrs old. Unfortunately, the battery life without the power court is extremely short (probably only 20-30 minutes). Does anyone have any suggestions how I could really extend the battery life (which may include using a third party battery)?
Buy a new battery.
Here's the thing, HEAT is the BATTERY KILLER. Your laptop should not be HOT. When using the power cord for long term and when the battery is already fully charged, REMOVE the battery so it doesn't COOK.
